I take calls regarding your property directly on my cell phone, which is on most of the time (I turn it off during showings and meetings), so there is always immediate follow-through and showings are scheduled quickly and always with your permission.

Another unique Avenue of advertising I use is Talking House. Talking House is a radio broadcasting system that tells nearby cars information about your home. As far as I know, I am the only Realtor in Fairbanks that is using this system, and I am excited about it.

I also provide a formal Broker's Opinion of Value of properties for a fee.

When you list with a REALTOR, most often the home sells much faster, and at a higher price than "For Sale By Owner" because most buyers are working with REALTORS themselves. 99% to 100% of the listings shown to buyers by a Realtor will be listed by a Realtor and a part of the Multiple Listing system. You get what you want out of the deal, you don't have to waste your time showing the home to unqualified buyers, and the negotiating and paperwork are done with your best interest in mind.
